For people looking to get the best return on their investment when they sell their home, our recommendation is always either solid or engineered hardwood. While the initial investment will be more, natural wood products always increase a home's value exponentially more than vinyl, laminate, or tile. Just because hardwood is more expensive than synthetic flooring materials, that doesn't necessarily mean natural wood is out of your budget! We have some wonderful options at our showroom for engineered or solid hardwood flooring that may be less than you think!

Sawtooth Floors & Interiors doesn't actually keep any flooring in stock! We choose to buy wholesale directly from our suppliers, and not pay for expensive warehouse space to stock it. Our showroom consists of a variety of high-end flooring sample displays, a tiny bathroom, a warehouse barely big enough to house our single forklift, and one Showroom Consultant who would win Employee of the Month every month even if there were other employees. What this means for you is, we have very little overhead and all the money we save gets passed on to you! We pride ourselves on our low pricing and exceptional customer service.
